Mono Restricted Domain Authentication is the use of a single instance cookie for authentication purposes. This means that each user is assigned a unique cookie, which contains a Session Initiation Data (SID), an encryption key and an authentication code. When this cookie is in place, a user will not be able to access any ASP website that does not authenticate itself with the domain name from which they have accessed the page. There will be very little downtime for any of the transactions that take place when you are using a mono system. The only thing you will need to do is make sure that the details provided by each of your customers are true and correct, and that the transaction is recorded correctly. There should never be any confusion about which customer has paid what debits, and the system should allow you to check this information regularly. You could also use a mono to record all of the debits that are made against your company. This makes sense if you are the kind of business that have regular invoices, and you can't afford to make errors when recording these transactions. This type of system can help you avoid forgetting to make a transaction, and it will also allow you to make sure that the debits that are due are actually due.
